Hi, I have no idea about PC specs and would like some/a lot of help building a gaming computer, that could stream on Twitch.tv, and run well while editing videos on Sony Vegas.
The PC can be anywhere ~100-200 dollars away from 1000 dollars, but I'm trying to keep away from any unnecessary 5-10FPS increases or whatever it may be (minimal differences), for an extra 50 bucks above 1000.
Thanks :p

This is very powerful for your work and can be upgraded to a crazy extent.
You get option to add second CPU and more RAM down the lane to gain a great performance boost over this.

I appreciate the suggestion for improving it later, as being one of the things I understand about computer builds that I understand, because there's always newer better and cheaper for value things coming out each year. Could you maybe suggest something with an less improvement available? In fact, as of right now I'm not looking for something that needs to be improved, just good for even a year or so, as I have other plans after a year or 2 for a computer. The RAM is nice, but for example I'm not looking to add a second CPU any time soon, and I still need a graphics card don't I?
Sorry if this came off as stupid, I know almost nada about computers.
Thank you for the help again :)

There will be no huge improvement in CPUs made for professional work unlike the CPUs which are made for Gaming purpose. To be more practical. A 1080p video was 3GB 3years back and if we have capture a 1080p video of same length it will still remain 3GB. When it comes to CPU and processing power lets say 3Yrs back only 8core CPU with 2.1GHz was available and now new 16core CPU came in with same 2.1GHz power. So practically if you have dual slot motherboard and are able to get another 8core CPU and add it to the older PC then you will get similar performance that you get with new 16core CPU and for a very less cost in comparison to what you would have needed to spend to get that 16core setup. When you go for newer setup then it will cost a lot more than what you achieve by upgrading fewer components.

That being said, I don't plan on ruining your plans for computer after 2Years.
I will provide another build in a moment.

Bit above budget but is more powerful than above one:
