Here I am once again with this problem of mine, previously I posted this problem here but that was along the service host now when I disabled it, the problem appeared to have gone until recently when my programs started doing the same but this time no service host involved, so the problem is that the programs that particularly use the internet at are always at 25 % like for example Razer Synapse is causing 25% cpu usage for no reason and when I kill it, Adobe Acrobat Tray starts with the same cpu usage( 25) and after I kill that one, once again something else like Steam or Bit-torrent will start eating up my cpu, this is annoying. I have performed all the necessary virus scans but no luck so just tell is their any way to tell that which thing is the culprit here because my guess is that something in my pc is using these programs to connect to internet, maybe a spyware ?
