Might be your PSU got shorted out by a sudden power outage. You should have invested in a UPS as well. I didn't even heard of the brand Armageddon. PSU is a serious PC component and you shouldn't cheap out on them. Trust me they can fail spectacularly and might even take one or two hardware with them. Open the case and check if anything has fried and don't try to turn on your PC right now. Since you are mentioning that the power button isn't working anymore, I doubt its your motherboard that may be causing this issue. Check your motherboard carefully for any signs of damage

Check your PSU first. Replace it with a good one from brands like Antec, Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic and try to boot up again. If the power buttons don't work check the wiring of the power button. Those wires are the easiest to mess up. Just refer to the manual and don't worry you won't damage anything with that.

For wattage just get a 650 Watts model and you should be golden
