Intel Integrated Graphics synergy ?

Does the Integrated Graphics on the i7-6700k skylake, work with the GPU or is it more like a one the other type of situation ?

In general, no. Sometimes you can do something like us the iGPU's Quicksync feature while gaming on the main GPU, or run a 2nd or 3rd monitor on it, but at present I don't believe there's any way to use it to accelerate your games when you have a discrete GPU.

i dont actually get your question... But i am assuming that you are tending to ask about if the integrated graphics of the GPU work with for example A Gtx 1080.

If thats the case... The Answer is NO.
To get some extra performance you will actually need to Overclock the GPU, or doing SLI...

no it dosent anyways... Atleast in my benchs it does not seem to do... MAYBE you can config it from the mobo but i havent really see anything like that.
Btw i Own an i7 6700k w/ 2 Gtx 1080 ...
