How much voltage psu do I need for a Msi gtx 1060?

All use the same voltage. What you are interested in is wattage and quality of PSU, wattage is very different to voltage.
Without knowing the full PC spec I would say a good quality 500w or greater. Quality of PSU is very important, don't get the cheapest you can find as it won't meet its ratings and worst case could fail and damage your pc.

Ideally you want tier 1 or 2 for a gaming PC, you can get away with tier 3 but don't go any lower.
