60% Memory Usage while idle (4Gb RAM)

Hello,

My laptop is using 60% of RAM constantly while idle yet I can't seem to find the problem, any clue?

Specs:
Win7 Pro
HP EliteBook 8730w
Intel Core Duo P8600 2.40 Ghz
NVIDIA Quadro FX 2700M

Run a malwarescan and virus scan. Sometimes they are hidden in task manager.
