Hi guys I just buy a video card name NVidia Gts450 Gainward 1Gb 128-bits and that man said this video card don't need separate power.
I need to connect this video card to my psu?

Solution
Some GTS 450's require extra power. Some, apparently, do not. Unless someone is personally familiar with that brand and model - without looking at the card to see if there is a power connector, we can't tell you.

You bought it. Why don't you look at the card to see if there is a power cable connector? It will be a rectangle connector with 2 rows of 3 holes, or 2 rows of 4 holes. Then you will know if it needs a power cable or not.
A bit of a no-brainer really, if there are no 6-pin or 8-pin connectors on the card then it obviously doesn't need any direct power from the PSU, it gets all the power it needs through the edge-connector that fits in to the PCIe slot.

However, GeForce's own version of that GPU does have a 6-pin power connector on it:
http://www.geforce.co.uk/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gts-450/specifications

So it's very possible yours does need a 6-pin power cable connecting to it from the PSU, despite what "the man" told you. So look carefully for a 6-pin connector on the card just to be sure.

The worst that can happen if it does need a power cable and you don't connect it is that the card won't work (it's fan will probably work but no graphics output).

nVidia's GTS 450 reference card specifications say it needs a 6-pin power cable, ZOTAC's specs for the GTS 450 say the same. Gainward's specifications don't mention power requirements: http://www.gainward.com/main/edm/GTS450/gw_edm_GTS450_GLH.html

Visual confirmation on whether or not there is a power connector on the card will be needed.

The GTS 450 was a new card in 2010, Gainward does not list it in their current product lineup, and doesn't have drivers listed for it on their download page. Good luck with getting it working!

The language on this web site is romanian and on specs appear "Separate power : No separate power supply required"
And guys on that site are professional in the field of computers.
