i have an AMD HD 7870 XT Edition and games run Terribly i tried everything from installing drivers from like 2012 up to 2016 to formatting and trying windows 7/8.1/10 to no Avail
that card Shows its in the PCI x16 slot in GPU-Z so i removed it and put it in my second PCI Slot which is an x4 Slot and i was getting the exact same frame rates which means the x16 Slot is giving me the same performance as an x4 Slot, why?.
