Hi,

I am going to be ordering a ASRock X99 WS-E. I am going to watercool my build in the future and this is also my first build. I checked in with EKWB and I need a EK-XTOP Revo Dual and EK-XRES 140 DDC 3.2 PWM Elite (incl. pump). I have seen some motherboards have the Water pump pins on them but my motherboard doesn't. Where do I plug in the water pumps?

Thanks!

You can connect the molex connector to the molex cable of your PSU and the PWM fan connector to any 4-pin header on the motherboard. I'd recommend that you should at least connect something in the CPU_Fan header as some motherboard have a safeguard that won't let the PC POST if no fan is detected in that header.

Using a Corsair AX1500i 1500W Power Supply. It will come with a molex cable rite? Just gotta plug it in? Could I still use the fan headers for normal fans without the molex cable cuz I am not gonna water cool straight away.
