need help with Cheap GPUs.

as i am low on cash ( for now ) i am upgrading to a very cheap GPU available.
there are Three available : R7 370 4GB MSI AMD a,Gtx 1050 2GB from gigabyte windforce OC edition, GTX 960 SC 2GB from EVGA. As because there is a big gap between non-TI and TI versions of GTX 1050 in my country. i can't get it.
So which one is better to grab ? to last for at least 2-3 years.

370 < 960 / 1050.

There's not a whole lot of difference between a 960 and a 1050, but a 1050 doesn't require additional power.

I'd opt for the 1050 personally, but they're very, very comparable.

Pny anarchy 1866MHz 2x4GB
450watt PSU.

As long as it runs on medium-high settings on 720p 45Fps at least i am fine.(if it is possible.)
on my half dead GPU i play the division and R6:siege for now. and i mostly wish to play games alike of these ones (BF1 and upcoming new games.) again if possible

Which country are you in? And do you have any preferred websites? Whats your budget for a GPU?

The 3470 is still a strong CPU, so won't hold back either GPU you've listed....you could go a bit stronger too.

What is the make/model of that '450W' PSU?

Honestly, expecting a budget GPU to perform adequately for 2-3 years is a tough ask, but if you're reasonable with settings (appears you are) and lower resolutions (like 720p), it can just about be done.

Georgia,Tbilisi.amazon or newegg. my country just asks a lot 250$ only for GTX 1050Ti. as for the budget it's 150$. wanted to get TI but, V.A.T and shipping fee is just beyond normal.

There are third-party sellers selling it for that price. btw shipping includes real weight+measured weight.

so which should i get? there is 20$ difference between R7 370 4GB from GTX 960 and 20$ between 960 and 1050.
So it's basically 300 gel for AMD card, for 960 it's 350 and for 1050 400gel.
