What's your Mobo? I believe you've failed to mention it,
But, If you are already running that CPU in it. It will definitely run any new GPU you put on it without problem. Almost any newer MOBO can handle any GPU as they all comes with the proper PCI-E slot for the GPU.
But as stated above, you might wanna look with more care in your PSU.

Oh, it will absolutely fine. H170 are a great MOBO and have everything you may need to your GPU, zero worries there friend.
About a new PSU, what's your budget?
If you can, look a these options:
XFX Pro 550W
SuperNOVA G2 or B2 550W
Seasonic S12 520W
or a cheaper one, Corsair CX450M
Any of them will handle your whole system with ease.
