Keep.repeating myself. Get a free driver updater program and don't pay for BS or anything. Should work. Never run on Windows generic drivers.
What is your operating system? All These specs seem light duty for gaming.and overclocked better have good thermal.paste. can yiu check core temp when condition starts. There will be crash reports log files. Not enough input can only give general answers mostly... Is there thermal.paste on cpu gpu, is it arctic silver quality? Don't put too much don't get it on cpu components. Sounds like overheating crash. Too much for cpu overheating can't max for more than a few seconds. Drivers being the first step to damage prevention. Also a cheap power surge protector!!

So start with Driver Updater and let me know results. Always reboot after updates. Don't have to do after every update but some updates are particular...
