I have been having this problem in a fairly frequent way in which, sometimes, when I try to turn my computer on everything works fine except that my monitor does not receive any image.

I have found that when this happens if I remove the PCI from gpu, turn on the pc (this time it shows me to reconnect the cable) and then put it back everything works as it should.

This is annoying me since the gpu is quite new (Gigabyte GTX960 4gb) and is already showing some problems.

Solution
it is for a pci-e videocard not pci or agp videocards. sounds like psu issue. try another psu even borrowed to see if still an issue. what is your psu rated at for watts?
