4K Video unplayable

I am suffering unbearable lag/stutter/stopping/colours going white and about 0.5fps while watching 4k videos that ive downloaded on vlc and 3 other players and ive trief everything but it still unplayable i can max 4k bf1 60fps but cant play 4k videos while my cpu usage stays at about 50% .
i really dont know whats going on please help me

only on vlc?

on settings/video

see what options are available in output

see what is mentioned in directx section on there too

Probably bad video encoding. where did you download it from?

i only got one movie with such problem and i encoded it, it was a family video, bad options on the codec gave me problems

bud good point, perhaps download big buck bunny on 4k and see if that one won't work either

I tried vlc, 5k player divx player. All not working I installed vlc twice I tried changing the codex on vlc nothing. It can play normal 1080p video and I tried with 4 4k videos each not working

ive tried 4 different 4k videos. all with the exact same problem
