I've used multiple adapters so far, non of em change the situation. Currently I'm using a tplink adapter, I've tried flushing dns changing dns and uninstalling drivers
updating drivers and pretty much everything with drivers and I havent figured out why I'm getting random ping spikes 200-1000 its awful and is ruining my gaming experience please comment to help.

Solution
In your case I would try channel 1, which network is yours?. The only real channel options are 1,6,11 because if choosing 2,3,4,5,7,8,9,10,12,13 would overlap with at least two other frequency bands.

I've tried disconnecting devices but that didn't seem to do anything...

I've pinged it to my router and google.ca and youtube.ca
I get around the same ping except the ping before the spike is lower

So it was ok for like 20 or more seconds and then just started lagging like my pc

The spikes on your laptop are significantly less than the ones on your desktop by a huge amount, but they are still undesirable. It is very difficult to troubleshoot wireless performance issues as there are many variables (different wireless NIC's, potential driver issues), interference from other close by wireless networks, interference due to walls and other objects.
Since this started happening has there been any change as to what is between you and the wireless router?
Also if you take your laptop and put it next to the wireless router do you still see the same issue?

ok, so I brought it up to my router and I actually think its interference because its not getting the extreme ping spikes
