What do you guys think. Should I go with it or chose some or all of it.

Solution
Yeah the motherboard is fine.
Anything by Gigabyte or ASUS are quality items so you shouldn't have any problems with your build.
Remember you need DDR3 memory with this board.
The SSD is a good brand too.
What make is the psu ?
I see alot of people putting cheap psu's in thier builds to save money and then moaning about the stability of thier systems.

No, you can't use the old cpu. The 4770 is lga 1150, the motherboard is lga 1151. Totally different physically as well as architecturally.
You don't need to spend the money on a 750w psu, you could power that system from a cheaper 550w corsair cxm.
Not the best ssd, stick with Samsung evo, SanDisk ssd plus or crucial MX300. More dependable, better performance, better warranty.
