I have an Asrock FM2A58M-DG3+ I've managed to overclock AMD 880k from 4Ghz baseclock 4.2Ghz boostclock to 4.5Ghz baseclock and 4.5Ghz boostclock (I set the same clocks for the baseclock and the boostclock) just by increasing the multiplier in the bios. I've tested the stability with OCCT and prime95 both test we're fine max temperature for both was 62C. I'm using stock cooler which came with the cpu.But i'm still a little bit worried i can damage my motherboard or decrease the lifespan

Solution
As long as is stable it means your mobo is up for the challenge. OC does decrease lifespan since you're exceeding its recommended values but a 300mhz increase won't make a noticeable impact in its lifespan.

You should disable turbo boost since its not giving any extra mhz and it could lead to instability due to way it alters your CPU's power states.
