My birthday is on 9th jan so can expect some +€

So which one should i buy first?

Depends on what you're trying to do.

If you're looking to get into better games, CPU. Games are becoming more CPU bound, and it will serve well for a while.

If your games run fine, get a better monitor.

What GPU do you have?

That monitor seems expensive for what you get. You should be able to source a 1080p monitor used for 1/4 that price. open box for about half.

I think just about any cheap 1080p monitor would blow you away considering you've been using 720p!

Maybe your prices are just a lot higher than i'm used to... honestly though do you have any kind of used market places? 1080p has been around for a while and i'm sure you can find a good one that someone got a 2k or 4k or 144hz monitor etc, and don't need their old one anymore.

yes we have and i have went there but there are NO hdmi monitors,no hdmi at all. only vga,dvi dual link.. there is a forum where you can buy all kind of stuff. gpus,cpus,psu and sometimes even monitors. but monitors pop up not very often and if they pop then like 2k

I like, but 21.3 is going to feel a little small. 23 would be the smallest i'd want to see you go, 27 being the largest.

They have the AOC I2276 for a pretty fair price.

IPS so you're getting the best image quality, 5ms response time isn't bad at all for your situation. I think it says 23.8" which is a nice size.

I think the AOC I2276 is your best bet. Estonia is expensive

It's really your decision. The monitor will look a lot better playing things with for sure, but the CPU will help if you want to go into more hardware intensive games.
