I currently have hyperx fury 2133mhz ram installed in order to post my pc. I'm trying to get my 4x8gb lpx corsair 3200mhz to work now. I've only tried to install it once, before post. Now that I've flashed bios to F3, and updated all my drivers can I just install it? Do I need to enable X.M.P. Profile 1(I think it just means enable X.M.P.)? I have a 6700k, and psu with a lot of headroom and efficiency.

I've installed windows 10 via cd already. Do use these steps, https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5831-uefi-firmware-settings-boot-inside-windows-10-a.html, to boot to UEFI after installing the sticks? If so, doesn't that mean that the sticks are already working if I'm at that point? or is that to be able to use X.M.P so I can oc the sticks or etc. Also, all the programs I've installed already will stay?
