Budget Gaming PC Build Help

Hello guys, im pretty new to PC's so require some help from the community putting one together. I have budget of £650 and need help configuring a build. I would like to play games such as skyrim SE or Gears of War 4 on high settings at around 60fps. What do you guys think i should do?
