Low fps on a good computer. I have pretty much tried everything except changing anything in the BIOS because it doesn't let me change anything and it doesn't display the proper settings.
These are my specs
-intel i5-6600k with cooler master hyper TX3i (came with the CPU)
-GTX 1060 3GB
-8GB DDR4ram.
-power supply is 500 watts.
-LGA1151 and Intel B150 Express chipset.

Is there any solution to why im getting low fps in some games like bf1, csgo etc. And it doesn't matter if i play on ultra or low i basically still get the same fps. Im talking everything from 40 to 100 FPS on bf1. I used to have an i5-6400 until my brother gave me the current one and the fps was basically the same. Cooling doesn't seem to be an issue, i have ran every test imaginable.
Any response would be much appreciated.

If you're on windows 10 I'd try all the XBOX fixes, otherwise there aren't many "magical solutions," you'll just have to troubleshoot until you find out what the problem is or if there even is one. In CSGO you should be getting at least 200fps in most situations, just make sure that you have multicore rendering on and see if turning off HRTF headphones does anything.
