cant find wait.exe

I got a pop up that spells "Windows cannot find 'Pleasewait.exe'.Make sure that you have typed the name correctly" then i googled n found an answer that says "go to C:\Windows Activation technologies n delete wait.exe but couldn't find wait.exe .

If you were searching for anything it would be "pleasewait.exe" but I doubt you'll find it. It sounds to me like a file someone with little knowledge of programming has made to look like a Microsoft message box. I suggest you run your anti-virus utility and let it delete anything it finds.
