Best All-In-One Liquid CPU Cooler

Hey everyone, I'm looking for the best All-In-One Liquid CPU Cooler for preferably under $100. I'm not sure if I plan on overclock, but I doubt it since my CPU is locked. Thanks everybody!

My Rig

CPU: Intel Core i5-3470 @3.2Ghz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case
GPU: XFX Radeon RX480 8GB
RAM: 32GB DDR3

I dont recommend an AIO cooler for those specs.
If an upgrade is in the future, put the money to that, not a cooler.

Water coolers are not worth it at that price range, big air performs better for cheaper, and runs quieter. Only high end models (H240x2, EKWB Predator, etc) pull and edge, but those units are costly.

I just want to get a liquid cpu cooler ;)
I will be upgrading soon too.
