At seemingly random moments my computer will get really loud due to the CPU and Case Fans. The screen will then go black, even though it seems that the actual computer is still on.

I just moved my computer to college, and it hasn't been working right since then. No software or anything have been changed.

So basically, my screen goes black at random times. I haven't been gaming or doing anything intensive or out of the ordinary. Once it happened listening to Soundcloud, another time while trying to open a program, and sometimes it will just happen as soon as it logs into Windows. It gets really loud right before it happens due to the CPU and Case fans. The GPU fans don't seem to be spinning at all. I started monitoring the temps using HWMonitor and it seems the CPU core temps are getting too high at times, up to 90C at the highest, even though when it reached those temps and I was monitoring, it didn't actually crash. My GPU temps seem to be fine. As we speak I only have Steam and HWMonitor running and the core temps are going up to low-mid 70's.

CPU - I5 6500
MOBO - MSI H110M PRO-VD
RAM - 1 x 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4
CPU Cooler - Stock
GPU - MSI RX480 4GB Gaming X
PSU - EVGA 600B
HDD - WD Caviar Blue 7200RPM 1TB
SSD - ADATA Premier SP550 120GB
OS - Windows 10
Case - Corsair Carbide 88R
Other Stuff - Keyboard, mouse, microphone, hooked up to monitor using display port.

Things I have tried:
1) I ran a virus scan before I came to college and had these problems, and it revealed nothing. I literally just hooked up my PC and started having these issues, so I don't think I got anything.
2) Initially thought it was a GPU problem. So I basically reset it in the MOBO and reconnected the power.
3) Updated BIOS using MSI live update.

Solution
Change power settings may be going to sleep from inactivity even if applications are running.
Update drivers with Driver Updater - find free version never pay.
Need more info on computer...
HDD may be failing.
Did you change power cords possibly to a cheap one? Try a good power cord from wall to computer.
Can reset cmos anytime!!
Change power settings and update drivers with Driver Updater Free version!!
Flash bios update with a flash drive Google instructions.
Reseat each component.
Have a look inside and make sure no connections have come loose when you have moved the machine, particularly power connectors for fans but check drives and graphics card while you are there.
Check for any build-up of dust on the CPU heatsink.
Check that the CPU fan and case fans start up when the PC is on.

I checked all the connections and the heatsink looks fine. The fans are definitely running.

This issue was happening to me on my Acer TC 885 desktop. I tried the above solutions and unfortunately, it didn't do the trick. What worked for me was removing the Intel graphics driver that I thought would work fine to update and replaced it with the ACER/Intel graphics driver (even though it was an older driver) . The fan acceleration after black screen disappeared after that.
