Hey guys, I'm building a second rig and I'm wondering if there's any way to have them share a desktop, and not a physical one as I hope you understand. I mean a windows desktop... Similarly to how a mulit-monitor setup has multiple 'shared' desktops... I want separate mouse and keyboard for each rig but I'd want to be able to click & drag a window from one computer to the other, sharing one operating system.

Tall order I imagine, anything like this exist?

Specs for existing system:
i7-6700k
ASUS STRIX GTX1060
8GB DDR4 2133
ASUS Z170-A

Specs for new system:
i7-7700k
ASUS STRIX GTX1070
16GB DDR4 2400
ASUS Z270-E Strix

Thanks guys! :)

It would just be nice to have the two systems, which will be side by side, seamlessly connected like that.

Not a necessity I suppose...

With the latest Mouse Without Borders 2.1.6.1027 I think only the remote computer would be able to use their own at the same time as the control one but I'm not sure. It definitely does not allow dragging windows onto another computer but dragging files works fine.

Input Director allows the master and slave to switch automatically so each computer can have their own m&k to control the other alternately but I don't think this taking turns qualifies as at the same time either. Presumably they could be used separately at the same time until one of them moves the mouse cursor to the other.
