One of my USB ports causes all devices to disconnect and reconnect over and over.

When I plug any device into one of my USB 3.0 ports it will connect and disconnect in a loop until I unplug it. It is a very new computer with an ASUS mother board, the USB port in question is the USB 3.0 port that is in the case itself. I have tried with many devices with the same results.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are there other USB 3.0 ports on your computer that are experiencing the same issue? I'd advise you to check them all. If the problem is still present, re-install all your USB Hub Controller drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's official website. You should be able to find your model there. If that doesn't help and the port is still malfunctioning, I'd definitely consider contacting the manufacturer's or the reseller's customer support for assistance.
Since this computer is relatively new, you should be able to RMA it and get the failed hardware replaced by their technical repair partners/support.

I should have preficed this in the post, I have 2 other USB 3.0 ports that are working fine. This is the only one with a problem.
