Buying a new gaming laptop locally + my rant on Windows 10

Hi, I recently fixed my Windows Vista but browsers support ending made websites load longer for me. I bought my windows vista in 2007. So, I decided to buy a gaming laptop locally, without the online orders, and I choose Windows 7, cause it has the best operating system/utility/confort ratio.

I went to many stores but they were only selling smartphones-like laptops and PCs (Windows 10).

I really hate Windows ever since I tried my brother's laptop (Windows 8) cause of its smartphone design, which feels like I'm not actually using a computer. When my Vista broke, I tried to install on my brother's laptop the same pirated Microsoft Word I used on my Vista, but Microsoft had the audacity to police inside my laptop and block it. As a bonus, Microsoft gave me a huge slap with their huge ads and useless apps. I also needed a Microsoft account for setting up his laptop. Also, with my brother's laptop, Microsoft tried to shove more garbage down my throat with their forced updates. It was such a hassle to cancel Windows 10 update everyday on Windows 8. Worst of all, there is more tracking done and here goes my privacy. I mean it's obvious that hackers and scammers do that, but when Microsoft starts doing that also, it makes me lose complete trust at them. Now, I'm glad that I don't have to use his laptop!

Come on Microsoft! There is a reason why I would sometime rather use a computer instead of a smartphone.

You tried to re-install a Pirated version of Word, and you bitch about Microsoft blocking it? And you call THEM audacious?? You don't need a Microsoft account, you just need some knowledge and common sense. Learn how to use the computer instead of just playing on it. About 10 minutes of poking around on the OS, or 5 minutes on Google, and you'll know how to remove all the built in tracking stuff, how to create a local account on windows without having to use a Microsoft account.
