Thanks. I did a bit of research and I figured that this was.
The reason of me wondering, is I know someone who might be having vrm overheating issues (fx 8370 4.1ghz) and I suggested to him to get some heatsinks for them, because they are much cheaper than buying a new motherboard, and I wanted confirmation on where they were. Thank you.
