I recently bought a z170 Gaming i7 Fatal1ty motherboard and can't seem to get my motherboard to read it during the installation phase. The USB is read for sure as I can boot it, once its booted and takes me to the installation screen, it just pops up with these two messages.
1. A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert now.
Note: If the windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step.
and I get this message after I click OK in that box...
2. No device drivers were found. Make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click OK.
Anyone know what I'm suppose to do from here? At first I thought the ISO was corrupted but it worked on my other computer. I even redownloaded the ISO just in case it was corrupted, same problem. Please help if anyone has the slightest clue on what the problem is.
I also just flash updated the motherboard from the USB so it's up to date. Maybe I have to tamper with something to activate the USB? I don't know where to start however if that's the case.
