is this computer good for the latest games?

I live in Holland and have searched for other parts and I noticed that almost every part is cheaper in the USA. I have come to these parts, This is my first pc to build.

Processor Intel Core i5-6600K / 3.5 GHz -
Cooler for processor Enermax ETS-T40-TB -
Motherboard ASUS Z170-E
RAM Crucial - DDR4 (1x8) maybe add another one later
SSD Samsung 650 Basic Kit MZ-650120Z - Solid state drive
Hard drive WD Blue WD10EZEX - 1TB
Case Antec GX200 - Midtowermodel
Power Corsair RMx Series RM650x
Graphics card MSI GTX 1060 3GT OC -

My budget is around 1000 Euro,
and what is an alright gaming monitor with 144hz?

Your computer looks like a better one to build and my idea was to build it in the end of January so the 2 weeks waiting won't be a problem! Thanks for your help.
