Will be my old Scythe Ninja-4 compatible with new i-7 7700k processor? If is it possible. Will be it better than free air cooler from stock box? Later i want buy some proper water cooling for overclocking. So i hope it will work for few months with my Ninja-4. Thank you all for your replies.

It will be fine. The socket is still LGA1151 so it will work on the Z170 / Z270 chipsets that support the i7-7700k. Also, it will provide much better cooling than the stock Intel cooler with its six heat pipes and 120mm fan. Skip the water cooling and spend that budget elsewhere. Your current cooler will work just fine.

Hey, I have Ninja4 with 7700k. The fan is super silent. Temperatures are around 80C when 100% CPU usage and 1200 RPM. It does really a little or no difference if the fan is spinning at 1200 or 1500 RPM :|
