New PC got yesterday, really bad performance

CPU: i5 6600K 3,5Ghz
RAM: 2x8GB DDR4
GPU: Geforce GTX 1060 3GB

Played yesterday Dota 2 on very high 15 FPS, GeForce Exp. tells me to put CoH2 on Ultra (because the most optimal setting is Ultra, I got 6 FPS)

All drivers are up-to-date
