My one year old computer just started doing this random restarts and freezes with buzzing sound from the past week until now, . a buddy told me that my pc might be infected because he showed me the performance monitor in task manager, it shows that my cpu is working 100% on duty, it is just straight up 100% on idle fresh from startup. he recommended me that I should reformat my drive with a fresh software, so i assumed that my computer might have a virus, so I decided to go safe mode,you know, maybe safe mode stops the virus the cpu also dropped from 100% idle duty to 17% then i back my drive up but at the middle of the transferring it just did what it does, random restarts, freezing with a side of buzzing sounds. i dont know man. SHOULD I REPLACE MY PSU?

r7 370 2gb graphics card
8gb ddr3 ram
500w psu
2x 1tb hdd
PS the restarts were not an instant, its like 50mins before it restarts. and im not very good when it comes to computer stuff but i understand stuff
