would go with NVIDIA graphics card as they are typically half the cost of ATI , you can even buy MSI branded Nvidia Graphics card, MSI , EVGA, Nvidia itself, all good branding.

100% not true.
MSI RX 480 8GB the price is about the same as a GTX 1060 6GB with about the same performance. Uses about 30 more watts of power than a 1060.

lets look at the whole chart instead of your sample demonstration
http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
Nvidia has the top 9 spots for GPU's , ATI makes one mark at the 10th best value high end cpu then is not seen again until #17 & #18. Hmm there are two main manufacturers for GPU's I wonder who is sitting in slots 1-9 and 11-16, must be Nvidia ! stop being a weasel and isolating one card pick

You have very little real world knowledge so I write off any comment you make.
Yes you can spend 600 bucks and get a get 1080 and crush anything AMD makes but that has nothing to do with this post were talking about a 250 buck video card. I don't really care about any other card that has nothing to do with this post or even synthetic benchmarks.
RX 480 VS GTX 1060 both win some and lose some you should get off the band wagon.

ATI Don't make video cards anymore.
