it shows that for AMD Phenom II 965, r9 270, 4gb ddr3 ram, one ssd, one hdd and 3 - 120mm fans recommended psu is 340 watts, because that is my second older rig and there is 850w Seasonic M12II Evo sitting there since i changed it for Seasonic Prime 850w in my gaming rig, but 850w is too much for older rig since im not playing on it or playing a little, and want send that 850w Evo to my friend who is poor :) so question would be is system mentioned above will be good with 500w psu like Seasonic M12II Evo 500w

Wrong, Corsair was never good like Seasonic, and never will and its semi modular, for same price can get 520w modular // Corsair CXM v2 http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=486 vs Seasonic M12II Evo http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=356 you can't say that jonnyguru is not trusted website :) "CWT needs another wake up call on their soldering before they slide back into mediocrity"

well in terms of performance, the Corsair CXM comes with DC-DC converters and excellent performance, slightly worse caps and slightly worse soldering
it's really a tie.

you have to take into account that the Seasonic review is 3 years old.
the S12II would never ever get a 9.4 in 2016 for the lack of DC-DC converters, full load heat and it's fan profile

also looking at the Corsair RMx/RMi series it's simply not true that they're worse than a Seasonic X or G

What you on about? we are talking about M12II Evo series PSU's and they have DC to DC http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=356 if you said its 3 years old that means they had it 3 years ago, and Corsair has it only now...Corsair titanium psu? any? nope - seasonic first. Anyway i got M12II Evo 520w modular psu :) for 60 bucks.
