Getting 32GB (2x16) Dominator Platinum RAM have no idea what MHz I should get.

That is the mhz speed of the memory but most people mistake it for higher number being faster what you want is to look at timings as well the lower CAS # is the faster it is so you aim for highest mhz and lowest CAS timings.
If you are getting this for just gaming speed will not make much of a difference just go with something good performance/cost ratio dominator is not in that bracket.

CAS 14 on DDR-3000 is pretty good.
but it depends on your cooler, if you got a big air cooler there might be some interference because the RAM is pretty tall
