OKAY SO I'M HAVING PROBLEM GUYS BECAUSE GEFORCE GTX 1070 IS BOTTLENECKING IDK IF IT'S THE CPU OR THE MOTHERBOARD

MY SPECS OF MY COM

PROCESSOR = AMD FX-3850 BLACK EDITION
GPU = NVDIA GEFORCE GTX 1070
MOTHERBOARD = M5A97 LE R2.0
RAM = 16GB 2X HYPER FURY X
PSU = RAIDMAX RX-635AP 635W ATX 12V v2.3/EPS 12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Power Supply

now tell me which one should I change or I don't have to.

and my atx mid tower is small cuz gpu won't fit well when I install in to my motherboard.

on arma I get around 30-14 fps like wtf it's so bad and on gta i get 50-20 fps idk which is one is holding the gpu is it the motherboard or the cpu or could be both huh?

well, in order to get PCI-E v3, you need to update your CPU as well. So in that case I would move over to Intel... grab a i5-6600k and a Gigabyte Z170 motherboard (AsRock or EVGA will also work).

Basically you over-upgraded your GPU way beyond the capabilities of the rest of your system. In order to see the potential of your GPU, you need a new system.

it fits in the motherboard but on my case it kinda won't cuz gpu is too big and what I did was force it slowly

what motherboard should I get instead? do I have to change my cpu as well?
