Will the GTX 750 ti bottleneck my pc?

Solution
It is doubtful that the 750 ti will be the bottleneck. It is more likely that the "bottleneck" of your system will be your underpowered CPU. Current AMD CPUs are quite weak compared to the performance of Intel and the A series of AMD are weaker still. Depending on what all you are doing with your system you may never notice anything at all. So many people these days are getting hung up on bottlenecks before they even play a game or see what it looks like. They are too into the numbers on benchmarks and whatever. Get the card, install, download newest drivers from Nvidia, and play. Maybe in a year build/buy a new system with an i5 or i7.

750 TI doesn't need supplemental power so you're good there.

It should provide a decent boost in games, the 750TI is significantly faster than your integrated R7

Ok I will upgrade cpu sometime but does that mean I won't be able to use my gtx 750 ti AT ALL if I buy it right now?

You'll be able to use the 750ti if you upgrade in the future. When you upgrade, I would recommend an Intel Skylake/KabyLake i5 or i7, 16gb of DDR4, and if you buy a K series CPU, get a Z170 or Z270 mobo, if not a K series CPU, get an H or B series mobo.

What? He can TOTALLY use a 750TI right now.

If he put a 750TI in his rig it would double his FPS today, right now, with his existing rig. Is it ideal? Heck no. But the guy will get a MEGA boost in performance if he adds a 750TI to his APU.

Oh I'm sorry, I misunderstood. Yes you can use the 750ti now and transfer it to the new PC when you build/buy.

Sorry about that, I have a bad time of trying to read too quickly and sometimes miss stuff. Greens is right, buy now, use in current rig, move to new rig in future.

would the asrock z170 extreme4 skylake mobo, the intel i5 6500 skylake processor and the 750 ti work. I really don't want to buy new specs but if I have too I will :/

I have a gtx 750 ti right now, I got it for christmas so you could say I've had it for a couple of weeks BUT It's a gigabyte one and it needs a 6-pin which I don't have. I was going to buy another pc OR I could buy another gtx 750 ti (but evga this time) What should I do??? I also forgot to mention that I have the 2 x 4 molex to 6 pin or something like that :)

You can use the molex to 6 pin adapter if you have one. I personally wouldn't go through the hassle of trading in the one you have unless it has a problem. Install it, use your adapter, and see how it works for you. If there is a problem, then return it. Otherwise, happy gaming.
