GTX 760 For Low Price,How?

Hey everyone,You may heard of OEM(original equipment manufacturer),A friend told me that he can find me a GTX 760 for just 45$(New,Not used).
2Gb 128bit GDDR5
He said he will buy it from a Chinese Company where they sell OEM version of this VGA Cards,But for 45$?
I tried to find the average price for this card on amazon,the price was more than 100$
Is this even possible?

Chances are it might be one of the companys that link on ebay GPU's for really low prices and claim they are XYZ when in fact that are not. This is a common problem.

Read the topic on geforce website,but about this card,my friend says they are a Company which sold more than 500 of this card and they have a website which is trusted and has many licences for what they doing,and also he said the website Product quality protection which is usefull...
