I just built my new computer a with a i5 6600(nonk) 8gb ram and a rx 480. When playing just about any game i find i have extermley high cpu usage like 80 to 100 all the time and found others have this problem aswell. I monitored this with msi afterburner and tried using razer cortex to fix it by disabling all background processes. Number one will this damage my computer. Number 2 can i fix this or do i have to send back a faulty cpu and number 3 is this a common issue that a replacement would suffer to
