Ok, so i have used the same pc for 2 years and havent had any problems at all. I decided to buy a new case for better airflow and for looks, nothing else was changed. Now my pc restarts itself time to time. Sometimes it restarts 3 times in an hour or goes fine for a whole week. It has something to do with the case change. Do you guys think i broke something while changing the case, i have no idea what it could be, but im sure it isnt a windows problem. I have all wires are conected correctly expect my power cord wont fully clip in(1mm more is needed). Could that be the problem?

If your ATX 24pin isn't fully seated, then yes, that's very likely the problem.

If I were you, assuming the PSU is bottom mounted, I would forgo securing it to the case to get your extra 1mm...... that's assuming you don't intend to move your setup.

What are your specs? It's very strange to hear of a PSU cable not being long enough to be secured...... at least not with 'standard' components.

Im not at home atm ill post specs later, but do you really think my pc is restarting because of the power cable? Also its not about the wire length, maybe i wasnt clear enough but there is plenty wire, the connector itself wont go fully in. There is a little clip which locks the cable in place. i cant get it clip fully in place.
