Hello. I have 2 of these cards with the HB SLI Bridge. I am using the cars on the rampage extreme V with the 5960x CPU. My problem is I also have the 1.2 TB Intel 750 PCIE card. In order to get my SLI to run at x16 speeds I had to move my ssd to a much slower slot. I am trying to figure out how to get the max out of all the components. Since the Zotac is so damn big it covers the slot I need for my SSD. I have tried a pcie riser/extender but even still can seat the GPU properly. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!!

Looking at the manual for the motherbd, I gather you have the GPU's in slots 1 & 4 and that sticking the SSD in any other pcie3 slot will drop the second GPU down to x8 mode...

so your choices are: plug the ssd into a pcie3 slot , 2 or 6, (it only uses 4 lanes) and live with the slight performance drop of one card switching to x8 lanes
or
plug the ssd into a pcie2 x4 slot2 and live with the reduced SSD performance.

You still have the option of returning the Intel SSD for an M.2 but I believe that you would still drop out of x16/x16 mode. The manual is not very clear on this nor where the remaining 8 pce3 lane disappear to. Perhaps a call to MSI would clear things up.

Zotac AMP use 2.5 slot, so ideally slot_1, slot_3(black), slot_4, Intel 750 only use single slot so it won't nudge bottom plate or PSU if your case is 7 expansion slots. What bridge type you have (2 slot, 3 slot HBM)?
