Need help to connect one fan

Hello all!

I just finished building my pc! But there's one problem: my motherboard only has one 4pin connector for a fan. My case came with 2 fans pre-installed so I can only have one working . The case has some molex connectors (to regulate the fan's speed), can I use those and connect to my psu molex connector and make the fan work?

Buy a splitter and connect them to one header. If the fans have 3 pin connections as well

Thats what I did and cut off the molex plug

Is that my only option?

I've thought of that, but I was hoping not to buy anything else. I guess a few euros wont hurt

No harm using molex. I hate molex connections / plugs myself.

I've only got 1 molex in my case. Only because I ran out of fan headers. I had to connect a fan to a molex plug

I tried connecting each other but I cant get it to work.
Can you please explain how I can plug each other?

Since there's 5 fans in this but only 3 headers on the mobo
