Deleting BIOS entries?

Hello
So first, I downloaded a nifty little usb program that seemed to leave a bios entry regardless if the drive was plugged in or not. That's all fine and dandy, until I didn't use the program anymore. So I had a bios entry that I didn't use. Hmmph that's inconvenient, but not a problem, you would probably say.
Well that was ok until suspected this UEFI entry was actually just my flash drive renamed in the menu, Meaning there was no override for me to click to start that USB in UEFI mode unless I disabled EVERY OTHER BOOT MODE so it had to go to that one, because the menu already had a entry pointing to uefi in that drive, but failing because it's a different file system.
This was confirmed when I used a program to delete that entry and now the button to run the drive in UEFI was restored

So I guess what I'm asking is "is there a way to delete ALL BIOS ENTRIES" because in this process, the BCD got [watch your language] and I kind of want to start fresh.

Can I restore the BCD/BIOS entries to the default on how they were, with just a generic "Hard Drive" and "USB" and just reinstall windows to restore the windows BCD?
How?
