My motherboard is Asus P5 G41T M-LX and processor is Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550.
My current RAM is 2 GB, 8 chip single sided 10600U. I am planning to upgrade it to 4 GB but all RAM that i can find are 16 chip RAM.
Also will a 12800U work on my motherboard?
I will buy 2 x 4 GB of same type and make them work in dual channel configuration. Please suggest me compatible memory modules.
