Best software to Benchmark/Stress Test?

I've got a new PC but don't quiite know which programs choose to benchmark it. Here are the specs:

Solution
I use 3DMark Firestrike for stress-testing and benchmarks. You can download ''demo'' version from Steam, it includes the Firestrike test you need.
