Hi to everyone. I have a crosshair v formula z motherboard with a fx8350. My problem is when i try to overclock my ram to 2400 mhz the pc does not even boot at all. When i reduce to 2133 mhz everything is ok. The ram is Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400 mhz. I think i tried all possible combinations but i cant reach 2400 mhz ram speed. Any ideas?

AMD FX only supports up to 1866mhz anyways. You can maybe overclock to 2133mhz if your board supports it. I've gotten 2400mhz to boot on my system but games crash all the time.

But anyways, to reach 2400mhz you need to make sure you're bumping your dram voltage up to 1.65v.
