Ok, guys. First of all, sorry if this is not the appropriate section to ask this. This is how it happened:

About a week ago, I was transferring big files (Battlefield 1 in rar and other bunch of rar 3D resources for my work) from one pc to another using iPhone and iTune.
It was taking a bit too long, so I went to have dinner for around 30mn as I remember, and when I came back my PC was hanging there, frozen with nothing open. Basically it's like I just restarted my PC (but im sure it didnt since it requires password to login).
I thought that was weird. So I restarted my PC using physical button and the boot up speed and everything is fine. And then I just re-copy everything to make sure nothing was corrupted.

What I noticed is that, my 3D software, like 3Ds Max, UE4, etc, are slower to startup. It's pretty much like I run them on a 7200rpm HDD. But, no. It was installed on my SSD and I never changed. Even when I try to open a picture, it takes ~2 seconds to open up.
I've been using it in this condition since then, until last night when I booted, it says "scan and fix drive" kind of thing which took around 1-2mn only. And nothing changed at all. Tardiness is still there.

So I reinstalled new window, FRESH. And it's still there. Tardiness, is still there. Even without many application installed.

I am asking this because, if it is possible that my SSD or other component is dying.

What am I supposed to do to fix this?

If you guys want to suggest more methods of diagnosing, please do.

My current rig:

Gigabyte H87m HD3
Intel i5 4570
RAM 16gb
Samsung SSD 850 EVO
WDC HDD 1TB
MSI GTX 1060 3gb
Windows 10 Pro

Apology for my English

Thanks for the reply.

But how could a PSU slow down software like that? And froze PC?

Last time I had a cheap chinese PSU which exploded when I turned PC on after 2 years of using. I've been using this new (and better) one for less than 6 months. If this PSU is having problem again, then something must be not right about my whole PC. PSU is as expensive as gold here. Due to shipping weight and tax.
