Im curently building.I want to play games like watch dogs 2,dishonored 2,titanfall 2,battlefield 1,forza horizon 3,hitman,star wars battlefront and mass effect andromeda at decent fps

Yep.
You will have to carefully tweak the settings though.

It's a 75Hz monitor so if you setup with Freesync you get the smooth gaming from likely 40Hz to 75Hz so you might want to look into CAPPING some games to 60FPS or slightly higher (not sure where the cutoff is that allows you to stay in asynchronous mode).

Then tweak so you aren't dropping below 40FPS very often.

If the range is 30Hz to 75Hz for asynchronous mode it's less of an issue but if the ratio of max to min needs to be at least 2.5x or you revert to VSYNC OFF likely below 40FPS.

(some monitors are 48Hz to 75Hz only so find the spec for that)
