I'm extremely new to PC Building and this will be my first.
Despite it being the first I really want it to be water cooled.
I was curious if the build composition I made was appropriate and would work?
Do you have any suggestions or changes you think I should make? Am I missing anything?
The PC would probably be used mostly for Adobe programs like Premiere pro and the occasional game.
Amazon wishlist with items.

My best advice?

1. Completely skip out on the water cooling. You are literally spending over $500 just for looks. Totally not even almost worth it.
2. Don't buy it all from amazon. Those prices are so terrible.
3. You could get more performance for almost $1000 less.

Water cooling would be for fun. Amazon was just my site of choice to show the products I was looking at. I dIdnt feel like using PC Part Picker. What would you suggest I change to get better performance for $1000 less?
(Assuming the whole $1000 less gets rid of water cooling)

It looks like you have everything to make the PC run. A HDD may be a nice add-on for general storage though. What I find missing is stuff I'm assuming you already have: Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, speakers/headset, and OS.

Words of advice: You are looking at a liquid cooling cooling kit. Assemble and test it before mounting it. Do so again after mounting the radiator. (be mindful of how you route the lines connected to the CPU waterblock.) If it doesn't leak, continue with the rest of your build. You'd hate what happens if it isn't assembled right and it leaked all over your parts when the rig was assembled and running, so take your time and assemble the cooler kit right.

Hi gunnabeatchu :)

Well your probably gunnabeatme for saying this but as a first time builder, I would not recommend an Open loop liquid cooling system. If you want liquid cooling then get an AIO for ease of installation and save that tremendous expense for other more important stuff. You could get a decent GPU for that price.
